Product Guidelines and Terms
Saffron’s Loft formulates its natural & organic, eco Loft herbal care products with mild, gentle & pure ingredients. Since natural & organic ingredients may not agree with everyone, it is recommended that you perform a patch test by applying on a small area of skin. We recommend that you thoroughly review the product descriptions and ingredients listed for each product of interest on this website to evaluate possible allergies. Saffron’s Loft is not responsible or liable for any reaction, allergic or otherwise to any of its products. Our products are thoroughly researched and tested throughout the entire supplier chain and creative process & made fresh to order from scratch. We do not mass produce, mass market, stock an inventory or use pre-made bases. We ensure the freshness of our products. Our formulations are those we created &/or designed ourselves. To extend the life of your product, avoid exposure to water. Saffron’s Loft does not use water in its formulations unless otherwise noted to keep the product line highly effective, superior in moisturizing qualities without the use of preservatives unless they are food-grade & entirely natural. We provide product life information with each product along with any other relevant information such as a full list of ingredients & instructions. We recommend that you use our products within the specified time we provide.
Saffron's Loft ensures that every effort is made to accurately provide information accessed on our website, published materials, associated sites but we do not guarantee the exactness of this information. You may see variations in colors, tones as well as packaging style and materials from what is displayed. You agree to hold Saffron's Loft, its Founder, and managing partner(s), and any affiliated parties harmless and not liable for any damage, loss, or injury due to any products purchased from Saffron's Loft. Items are offered "as is" and without warranties of any kind.
Payment, Refunds. Shipping & Cancellations
Payments are processed through PayPal and is the preferred method. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. All items are sold as-is. Allow 3-5 business days for the crafting and fresh preparation of your order after payment has been processed. We will send electronic communications after the order has been prepared and sent for shipping. Any cancellations must be received within 24 hours of the original order placement.
Additional Tips & Product Information
Our products are created to be as natural and organic as possible - we do not attempt to alter the natural characteristics of any of our items via stabilizers, additives, thickeners or other ingredients and as such you may observe natural occurrences such as separation of organic & natural oils. The natural characteristics and occurrences do not affect the quality of the product. Simply shake or stir. Products are to be stored appropriately, kept cool and dry. Refrigeration is acceptable for skin souffles and noted where recommended. Be cautious while handling any of our products that are packaged in glass containers, glass bottles, & glass jars. We use recyclable and/or reusable packaging and avoid plastic packaging wherever possible. The majority of our packaging when not in glass or certified tins is in eco-friendly, biodegradable bags that are all FDA approved. We use recyclable plastic packaging for some of our ecoLoft Herbal cleansing items for easier, safer use while cleansing especially for use in the shower as compared to glass packaging.
All of our drinking tea blends, crafted blends and tea packaging comply with strict safety regulations within the supplier chains who are appropriately accredited and in compliance with USFDA and other organizations' standards. The entire Saffron's Loft supplier chain process includes an emphasis on eco-friendly measures from the sourcing of raw ingredients onward. Consult with a health practitioner should you have any questions regarding the use of our products based on any of your specific conditions such as medically related conditions or if pregnant. Except for our drinking tea blends, our products are designed for External Use only. Our products may appear appealing enough to consume, however, do not do this and please keep away from curious furry pet members in the household. We trust that you will employ common sense before the use of any of our products.
Our offering of herbal care products that are crafted with decadent moisturizing, pure butters may melt during transit especially during warmer times in the year. Should this occur, it is perfectly acceptable to place the item in a cool area or refrigerator until it is firm again. This is a natural property of truly rich, pure butters and does not affect the quality of the product. These butters are designed to melt upon skin at body temperature. Please note that we can not guarantee the condition of the product upon delivery.
